May 28, 2009
Quick question – would you say that you “disqualify” the majority of the potential employees you interview, or even just see in the marketplace, or are the majority of employment candidates “disqualifying” your offering?
If you find that you are frustrated because the people you want to hire aren’t applying for your job, aren’t showing up to interviews, or aren’t accepting your job offer, or you find that when you want to hire someone it takes months to complete the process, there is a way to overcome this frustration, and it’s not to keep advertising, or try different routes to get applicants. You can take control of this situation by assessing and changing your employment brand.
